Repeating Shifts and Shift Patterns

Set any shift to repeat, and Rotaville adds it to the rota for the weeks and months ahead. A repeating shift can include its staff, or leave them for you to assign each time.

Repeat patterns include:

• every day, or every few days
• every Tuesday and Thursday, or every other week
• the 1st and 16th of each month, or the last day of the month
• the second Monday of each month

Set a start and end date, skip dates such as Christmas Day, and change or stop a pattern at any time.

Repeating shifts fill the rota as far ahead as your plan allows: 12 months on Essential plans and 24 months on Extended plans.

Once your regular shifts repeat, managers only need to deal with the changes, and staff can see their shifts well in advance.
