Rooms, courts and equipment

Common questions

Can seasonal staff come back next year?

Yes. Deactivate them at the end of the season and reactivate them when they return. They don't count towards your plan while they're inactive, and their past shifts stay on the rota.

Can each site have its own rota?

Yes. Add a rota for each site, activity or team, and plan them together or one at a time.

How do I know every session is covered?

Coverage counts show how many people are on at each time, and each shift shows who is assigned, so a session with nobody on it stands out.

Can staff check the rota without installing an app?

Yes. They can use the mobile site or the website on any phone or computer.
