Now available under the rota Print menu are "Shift Reports"
Shift reports contain various statistics and summaries of total scheduled hours for each employee.
The reporting periods available are for the past few weeks and past few months.
Keep an eye on these reports as the content and design will continue to be enhanced over the coming months.
Rotaville rota PDF printouts now include a mini-report in the top right hand corner.
The sum total of the hours scheduled/worked for each employee on rota is printed beside their name.
Included is behind the employees names is a mini-bar chart for comparison purposes.
The printed PDF versions of Rotaville rotas have been updated!
The Rotaville mobile site has been updated.
Shift managers can now perform more rota management functions on their phones, including:
using the updated Rotaville Mobile Web Site.
These and other rota management features will be coming to the Rotaville iPhone App soon.
Employee Holiday Requests are now back (and better than they were before).
The official Rotaville iPhone App is now available in the App Store!
This first release is ideal for employees wanting to check their rotas and to confirm their shifts.
It's also a very useful for Managers needing to contact their staff via telephone, sms or email.
Future release will contain more functionality.

Invitations are no longer required - anyone can now sign-up for a new Rotaville account.
Also these public forums are now public - anyone (including non members) can read them.
