Home Care Rota Examples.
Hello, managing the rota for a home care company is really easy using Rotaville.
In this short video, I'll show you some examples.
If your care service offers short visits to clients at home, then a new visit (or shift) can be added to the rota by clicking at the desired day and time. The client record can be assigned, and the carer (or employee) can be assigned.
If the service provided for each visit is a little bit different, perhaps helping with medication, bathing, feeding, dressing, or social care, then these shift details can be added to the shift Title and Info fields.
Detailed information about the client can be recorded in the "Client Record" which is visible to the assigned carer.
A small home care service might have several carers and a few dozen clients.
Even a small care company can quickly grow to running hundreds of care visits, or shifts, per week.
Regular visits can be set to automatically repeat daily, weekly, or any other pattern you need.
Using the filter function, a manager can quickly see all shifts for just a particular carer.
Or a particular client.
Visually, It's easy to identify gaps where you can allocate additional work for each carer.
Carers, or Employees, can see their upcoming shifts on their Rotaville homepage.
and in the Rotaville mobile app. So they always know when and where to be, and what to do.
A care service might have clients that require longer visits.
In this case, separate rotas can be created for each client.
When the client has greater care needs, then multiple carers can be assigned to a shift.
Or multiple shifts created.
24 by 7 rotas can be created to offer around-the-clock care.
Setting up new carers is easy. And You can upload their photo, or take a photo using the Rotaville App.
Hopefully, you can see how easy and useful Rotaville Rota Software is for managing visits and shifts in a home care service.
