Rotaville Academy

Yes! we’ve launched our own MBA (Master of Business Administration) programme for rota managers and also a BA (Bachelor of Arts) award for employees.

Some MBA programmes cost tens-of-thousands pounds/dollars and take years to complete. Our new Rotaville Academy courses are free and take less than an hour to finish!

The new Rotaville Academy is our new fun way to learn all about using Rotaville.

Simply watch each short video lesson and then answer a simple exam question to progress though each course. Upon completion students receive our award certificates.

Student qualifications are shown on Rotaville profiles. So workplace owners and rota managers can see who amongst their colleagues is up-to-speed with using the Rotaville rota software.

New Advanced Workplace Settings
More controls and privacy if required.

Workplace owners and rota managers now have access to more advanced Workplace Settings .

These settings can be changed to control whether employees can see

all shifts (other to what they are already assigned to)
other employee’s holidays
other employee’s shift assignments
other employees availability
other employees shift acceptances
the Activity stream

These settings might useful for companies that need tighter visibility controls for business or compliance reasons.
