### Do my staff need to pay or install anything?

No. Employees use Rotaville free, either in the iPhone or Android app or in any web browser. You decide what they can see.

### How does the free trial work?

You get 21 days to try Rotaville with your own staff and shifts. No credit card is needed, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.

### What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your rotas and staff stay saved, and your account becomes a limited free version until you choose a plan.

### Can I cancel at any time?

### How long does it take to set up?

Most of the work is entering your staff and regular shifts once. Add your business, create a rota, add employees by name and email, then add shifts and set the regular ones to repeat. Short videos in the Rotaville Academy cover each step.

Yes. When you add or change a shift, the staff involved get a push notification or email, and everyone gets a reminder before their shift. They can also add their shifts to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars.

Yes. Create a separate rota for each site, department or team. Staff who work across several see all of their shifts in one place.

### Is my data safe?

We have run online rota software since 2009. Your data is sent over encrypted connections and backed up, and you can keep your own copies with PDF printouts and nightly backups to your Google Drive.
